Yes, we do offer SSH access by request. Please open a ticket for this, and we'll answer as soon as possible.
SSH access is controlled by our external firewall cluster, as such, we will first need to white list your IP from which you're connecting.
Do take note however that SSH is advanced and very powerful, so please be sure beforehand that you know what you're doing as it can delete and cause considerable damage to your hosting account. Also, opening up SSH access to all external IP's is a major security risk hence why we permit access adhoc.
